I am goutam kotal..I am 165 km away from the city of Kolkata. Our village Ridadas Pur.On which two rivers (Kangsabati and Kasaai) are flooded in little water. There is no drinking water. Does not have electricity. Mobile network and way... Communication is very poor.. please help me.. I want to little way...some boat... Flood house ...help me
