Help me make it to New York!

I am Russel C. Concepcion, 21 years old, a youth leader, and a recent alumnus of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. It is with pride to let you know that i am accepted as one of the five Philippine Delegation to International Youth Leaders' Assembly 2017. This conference is organized by the Global Peace Foundation in coordination with the United Nations, University of Pennsylvania, and the World Bank. It will be held at Washington DC, Philadelphia, and New York City on August 7-17. It is a great honor and opportunity to represent you to this momentous event. I am very excited to have been accepted as part of this year's conference!

My expected cost to attend the assembly is $5,500 (aprroximately 300,000 pesos) which includes the program fee of $4,000 and my airfare and visa fees amounting up to $1,500.

In line with this, I am now asking for your help with my funding so i can fly to the US and represent the country, and therefore grow as an individual while building significant relationships and knowing more about the global community and issues. I must secure my slot by paying the fees as soon as possible because there are only 2 out of 5 slots left. To be a part of this conference will mean so much to me. I beleive this will be a great platform for me to better lead my organizations, and give back to my community and country by supporting leadership programs that seeks to empower the Youth. This is why every donation makes a difference, no matter how big or small, and i would be grateful if you can pass the information to others and help me with my sponsorship and funding.
