Help me make a small cultural center for youth

I rented a place that used to be a bar in my home town with an idea to make it into a small cultural center for youth. Many big artists and bands come from my small town and the local scene is not alive as it used to be.
I will need money to get the tiles done fix the roof, get some musical equipment (and I will bring my own)

The place will also serve as an art gallery where many young artists can expose their works so people visiting the place can help the artists by buying them.

It needs a lot of work and effort my friends are helping me a lot, but its hard because we don't have enough money for everything.
