My problem is that I can not afford a personal trainer to help me lose weight. I broke my knees 2 years ago and can not do regular exercise methods. I am 250 lbs now but doctors say I am 75 lbs overweight. It's difficult for me to do any cardio so I need help in finding a solution as I am getting fatter every month from lack of exercise rather than my diet. It's very depressing as nothing in Canadian malls fits me now. Please help me find a solution so I can regain my life again as the lack of mobility is restraining my ability also to have friends.
