Help me lifetime problem

Hello everybody. First i want to say that currently I am almost 20 years old and I live in Bulgaria. As most people know Bulgaria is a country that you cant get help nor support from anywhere. About 6-7 years ago i trained basketball and i had an seriouse injury. I fell on the ground right into a steel nail which poked me right about a centimeter from my spine. It cut my main nerves and broke some little bones right arond my lower spine. I went to the hospital right away and I layed there for a month and a half. I couldnt get any operation, because it very expensive so the doctor told me we cant do anything about it. Than i took a loan from the bank. I could get only like 7% of the money to the hospital. They checked me and just told me you cant be healed because if we make a very very tiny mistake we could paralyze you for life. Right now I am in the position of almost crying everyday because I cant get a job and i struggle with my life. If you know about Bulgaria your going to understand what I mean ( in short, costs are like in western Europe but salarys are about 10 times less ). My current cituation is that even when i wake up i cant even ( how its in english when in the morning you want to yawn and strech and you cant), I cant walk fast also. When i get to my moms car my girlfriend helps me sit down and stand up. She tells me she doesnt care i cant do much things shes just happy with me. But my life is hopeless I felt sometimes of jumping from somewhere really. I cant lif up heavy. I have been depresed every 2nd day since the injury. I have no strenght for anything a guy should can do. I am no author nor knowing english as my native english,  and I cant descripe my feelings or my pain, I can only say i hope this doesnt happen to anyone. Because not being able to function properly since age of 13-14 is really sad. Sometimes even in the bus old people stand up for me so i can sit down, imagane it. The only thing i have left is just there to be somebody who can understand me and support me. For a month i have been eating popcorn for dinner so i can let me girlfriend eat something normal and everytime i tell her I have eated outside and this is for you.
