Help me leave my abusive/oppressive family

I am a 20 year old Arab woman trying to escape my family. Ever since I was a child, I have faced various forms of abuse and neglect. I’ve been getting literally tortured, insulted, and mistreated for years on end.
I have little no control on how I dress, who I speak to, and basically every aspect of my life. I regularly get called very degrading terms such whore for simply getting a piercing or not veiling my body. I am forced to adhere to Islamic and Arabic traditions and values when I am agnostic.
For instance, when my family knew that i wore revealing clothes on TikTok i was beaten up by my two uncles and father to the point of bleeding and temporary hearing issues caused by slaps that busted my ear drums, they even waterboarded me and wanted to strip me naked to hit me but my younger brother managed to stop them from doing so. When I was 11 and they knew I spoke to a boy I was tied up to a chair and whipped by thick computer cables.
These are just some of many incidents that have caused me to be severely mentally unwell and emotionally destroyed. I will be finishing my bachelor’s degree this July and I want to escape to Berlin where they could never find me.
I want to apply for Master’s there so I can get the student visa but I would need a blocked account consisting of 11,300 Euros to be able to get the visa. I cannot possibly save this amount on my own before the next fall semester and I cannot find it in me to stay here any longer as I would only be able to leave the house when Im married as per Arab and Muslim culture. I have tried to escape before but I was found and I cannot run away here since it is illegal.
Any help would be much appreciated and I cannot do this on my own since it is practically impossible to study and work in this country at the same time.
