Help me leave a domestic violence situation

Hi, my name is Allora and I'm 38 years old, with 3 kids. My two youngest are 8 and 10. Currently I am in a very abusive situation with a narcissistic abuser. My husband has isolated me from friends and most family, watches my every move,gaslight, gives the kids and I silent treatments almost daily and the verbal, emotional and physical abuse has gotten extremely bad. I am currently unemployed, but looking and I start back to college Feb 24. I have ongoing health issues that I've been dealing with also, a big reason for my financial situation. Due to me being the only income for a long time, I fell way behind on my rent. We currently live in housing and I cannot get a place of my own until I pay half of the last due rent off and then the security deposit doe a new place is $100. I will also need help with furniture dmfor the kids andI, nothing new or fancy. Anything helps!!! Due to this dangerous situation, my kids are with my sister and until I get out of here, I cant have them live with me. I want to be with my babies!! I help take care of my elderly dad in end stage heart failure, so i cant just up and leave town or go to a shelter. The nearest shelter is approx 40 miles and I have no car. It's in his name, of course. Please, i have videos and pics of the abuse. I have called 911 several times and they neve arrest him and say i choose to stay. I have nowhere to go and I'm begging for help to please get me out of here , so I can be safe and be back with my children.
