help me learn programming

Hello my name is roy. I was born in Piura in the north of Peru, since I was a child I have been improving and working in the field helping my parents since I was 9 years old, I did many things like: selling yuccas in the villages, carrying maize sacks, working in the fields, washing dishes, Serve in restaurants and many other things. I never did very well in school, I had to go through 8 schools because of learning problems. Thanks to the improvement of my parents and my motivation to improve I was able to enter a university in the capital of Peru (Lima), one of the things that I love the most is traveling, so create a travel tour company that calls you escapate (https://www.facebook.com/viajelima/). at the beginning it was hard and I did not earn money but then with much effort and work I was winning clients. It was 3 and a half years working with a baggage until I had a big problem last year, a bus that was carrying people for a trip was injured in the Andes of Lima causing 17 injuries, I had to take responsibility; no one went wrong but several had to operate on 8 people, the insurance helped but still people made me problems, solve the problems but I lost all my money and closed escape because I did not want to cause something similar in the future. Now I'm looking for work and learning programming, I started with html, css and with some videos of Spanish that I found on the internet but I would still like to buy courses from udemy and platzi (react, react native, node js, ects) that are platforms very good to learn to program; in the future I would like to do a technological project resuscitating escape and following my dreams of dedicating myself to the travel business sector but doing something different.
