Help me learn Artificial Intelligence

So as you may or not know Artificial Intelligence (AI) is on the rise and as a young programmer I want to learn and dedicate my life to being an AI developer.

I'm hopping to get more or less 500€, to buy a decent graphics card, but the more money the better the card till 3000€ that's enough to buy literelly the best one out there (but don't give me that much XD).

For that I need only 3 things:

1. Time and Will (check)
2. Places/Somebody to teach (check)
3. A Graphics card for deep learning (Missing in action?)

If you know anything about Deep Learning and many other categories of AI (But mostly Deep Learning), you know a powerful GPU is needed to finish the computations needed in a relative short amount of time, but I don't have one and don't have the funds to buy one so I'm asking you guys for help so I can learn the subject of my dreams and maybe get a job on some company about AI and maybe maybe maybe do something that can improve the world somehow.

I have already reached the limit of my patience in trying to run something and waiting 1 week to see any results and small ones at that.

In the interest of full disclosure if that's a thing here, I will probably (AKA 100%) use that GPU for gaming as well, I mean if I have it why not, but trust me when I say I would not ask money here if it was for that reason only.

As such this is my personal dream and if you don't want to spend you money on this I understand there are better places to spend your money on, but if you are feeling generous today or have way to much money to spend on your own things I would be very happy if you could help me out.
