Help me keep walking – Muscle atrophy surgery

Hi i am Selim,at first place this is so hard for me demanding help from ppl, but its obvious i cant fight with this problem,i feel ashamed. I have muscle atrophy on my right foot, which is took me away from walking, working also come together with love of my life, who lost her mama and papa. I need golden hearted ppl's help for my surgery, then i will be able to keep walking and working. At the moment im not able to stand up on it and go anywhere. When i try to do that give me extremely pain, 1 hour cost me 2 weeks pain,also im not being able to push on my foot or wearing something like my shoes. I got my 1 st surgery long time ago, i couldnt afford 2nd one. With delay its muscles being wasted day by day and makes it weak more than last day. When you help me you will be help to building my family to. I will able to meet my love in Limon - Colorado.

Unfortunately the cost of the surgery is prohibitive to me and I would need the help of as many people as possible to raise the money.
