Please help me keep my house (home)

My name is Adriaan Botha and there is a chance that I can lose my house.

Let me start my sad story...

My mother was born with a disability. She had a problem with her hip. She still worked most of her life and had an active life. In November 1991 she became a widow when my father passed away. It was just she, my brother and me that was left. My brother moved away for work after studying. I stayed with my mother. In 2008 after she had 3 previous hip replacement operations and they could not help her because of her age, she became bedridden. I resigned my work and became her full-time caregiver.

1. I washed her
2. I prepared her food
3. Gave her her medicine
4. Paid her accounts
5. Manage everything related to the running of the house
6. I did everything for her, even reading out of the Bible for her or reading her favorite story Pinocchio.
7. I even assisted her to go through the grief when my brother committed suicide in November 2015

I have been staying in the house for nearly 39 years and the plan was that I will inherit it when my family pass away (as the remaining member of the family). My mother left the house in her will for me. She passed away in October 2017 and now it looks as if all her debt and all the expenses after her death will use all the available money and there will still be a considerable shortage. She had a policy for R72000 but she forgot to change it to me as the beneficiary when my brother died. The money will now go into the estate and as I understand it there must also be tax paid on the amount. If I was appointed as the beneficiary, I would have received the money and would have been able to pay some of the outstanding accounts. They made an error on her death certificate and I am still waiting for it to be fixed.(Update: I received the death certificate on Thursday so now I can start with the winding up of her estate.) The outstanding amounts just keeps on getting more as the interest is added. It looks as if they will have to sell the house to pay all the expenses leaving me with nothing. I did not have an income during that whole time. I did not marry because I wanted nothing to take my attention away from looking after my mother's well being.

My mother had 4 credit cards to help her with her medical expenses. She could not get the insurance cover to protect the outstanding amount on the credit cards because of her age.

1. She owes more the R100000 on the 4 Credit Cards
2. She also owe nearly R13000 on Property Tax
3. The cost to finalize the estate must be paid
4. There is also the cost to transfer the house onto my name
5. Everyday new expenses are added to the already mounting expenses

I would have accepted my lot to maybe soon be homeless if I were a drug addict or an alcoholic or a person with a criminal record, but how can I accept that after doing only what is considered love for my parent that I will stand a chance to lose the house. Please help me by donating any amount that you feel in your heart you can assist me with please. I also want to say this is a really desperate plea (appeal) to get the money after I tried various other ways to get money. I even studied to improve my situation. I have 7 Diplomas and more then 40 certificates in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and even Customer Service, Project Management and Cyber Security. I try daily to get work and also explore other income opportunities.

Please help. I really cannot lose my house. I am also now studying for a Diploma in Community Development and have plans to use the house in the near future as a base for my community development campaign.
