Help me keep my dog

I’m raising money so I can keep my dog.

I adopted this little cutie from dog shelter after he was starved by his first owner, second one didn't like his behavior and the third one left him tied up in woods. The dog shelter wanted to put him down because they didn't have time to walk and work with him so I took him.

He did lots of damage around the house and I need to replace the damaged things or he and I are out of the house. I would be grateful if you could help.
