Help me keep my business on the road

My name is Stephen, and I am from Cape Town in South Africa.

I have recently started a small business , which helps people arrange their vacations.

The people I generally assist either (a) do not believe that there are affordable vacation solutions out there for them, (b) do not have time to search for the right type of accommodation for them or their families, or (c) are more comfortable booking vacations offline while much of the tourism world is heavily reliant on web-based applications.

I do the hard work for them - I gather their details, register them with vacation companies on their behalf, provide travel advice and support, and handle electronic payments where my customers are not able to.

From 2016 to 2019, I performed this service free of charge, and gained valuable experience as a freelance travel consultant.

I have been fortunate to travel locally, and though I have one international trip arranged to help me grow my business, I am currently not in a position to bring more of the world to my clients through photographs and personal experiences, encouraging them to step out of the worlds they are familiar with to explore the unknown.

I remain as engaged as possible on social media platforms that I believe my audience uses, and though I have a 50-hour a week day job, I make myself available for an additional 25 hours a week so that I can help more people enjoy travel.

My plea is simple: Please keep me on the road, and help me keep my small business true to its mission.
I believe that more travel experience will put me on par with companies charging way too much commission, and will help me appeal to more people very much in need of an affordable vacation.

Many small businesses do not survive their first year, and I would like to use this time during 2019/2020 to source more destinations for my customers, keep my website funded, purchase merchandise to add value to my customers, and ensure that I am able to market my service both effectively and aggressively.
