Help me jumpstart my stream dream pls :)

Hi guys I wanted to start a stream locally just for casual fun but my setup isn't that good enough to stream and play games. If you have a good heart, and you support new streamers please do help. I'm currently a college student in the Philippines and I'm playing whenever I have my free time.

THINGS I NEED TO JUMPSTART MY STREAM:

- Camera

- RAM upgrade (only got 4gb of ram)

- Better GPU (currently have GTX 750Ti and it doesn't really give that much power when I stream)
