I was approved to study cartographic engineering and I need an Smartphone to be able to follow the course

Hello everyone, I'm Matheus, I'm 22 years old and I live in Brazil. I was approved to study cartographic engineering at the Federal University of Piaui, here in Brazil. My family does not have a good financial condition, which hinders the time to buy any material for study and with the pandemic, my country's difficult economy has worsened. Today, the value of the cheapest Smarthphone here will take at least 1 month wages to get the money required. I ask for help so that I can buy this Smarthphone to be able to use in online classes and be able to talk with the professors an use to read and study in the throughout the course.

I don't even have a device like a computer or tablet, that's why I need a Smartphone. The most basic device in Brazil costs in the range of 1000 reais, which is equivalent to approximately 250 dollars. I thank everyone who can help
