Help me in my Career, for my good future, and for others future

Hi, I am a 26 years old girl from the Philippines. I am needing a support to possibly reach my goals/dreams in life that I am being positive that it can come true as long as there is a giving action, and do my best not to let it keep passing by. I am being an independent worker, doing a freelance job, since last year. I was able to do it by by using my very old second hand laptop, and a prepaid home WiFi. As months go by, I can see a lot of great opportunities and I can see and even proved to myself that I can possibly can grab those, I even try to undergo the ways to get to the point to have those opportunities, sadly at the end I always got a declined or next time from this companies/clients due to I don't pass the requirements in terms of equipment’s. Everyone is demanding for me to provide my own first upgraded laptop and even a better working space. I have the ability but I don't have the resources. I believe if I can have this requirements already, I can easily cope up in life specially financially knowing that I am living independently but at the same time I keep giving support/assistance to some of my family members specially in emergencies. If I can possibly grab one or some of those great opportunities online, I can surely make the life of my family, including the life of our dogs and cats so better. And I can also do my desires to help others who are in need to, such as supporting some organizations too, like going to an orphanage or home for the aged and some other charitable institutions. I really wanna contribute a lot in this world by doing good things, and help others as I can but as of now, it is not so possible for me to make it as my life situation is giving me a lot of limitations. Knowing we have a very hard economy here in our country, plus our family ties tradition, you are responsible to support your family for life, and we are all ten siblings. If anyone of you can help me about this point of my life, I am always be thankful, and will really see you all as a great blessings to me. And rest assured that I can do a lot of things in their own different simple ways but with a great heart. As of now I am doing a freelance job that make me earn 200 USD per month but it is only enough for me to survive everyday, and enough for me to support my family in some little ways specially in some emergencies. I wanna be a much productive person, much helpful citizen and a family member, a role model to my nieces and nephews, and to some other kids. I wanna have a success in my career for me to give hope and inspirations as well to others to be successful in their career too. I will always appreciate and cherished all your help for me. This is not my dreams/goals only, it is for all of us, as humans. ^_^ Thank you.
