Help me in do agriculture with continuous water supply

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is Rajmohan from Tamilnadu, I born and brought up in village called periyathathur which is in Ariyalur. My parents are doing agriculture in native , we have 2 acre land and we do cultivation only in monsoon and remaining months we cannot do anything since we don't have water facility . in my village many small land holders are facing this issue and it lead us to face jobless , poverty and other issues. I thought that if we put a water bore it'll really help us to do agriculture whole year and give healthy life. I have a plan to use solar power for electricity which is the cost saving and long term beneficial too. kindly support us to develop our community and continue our agriculture.
