Help me! I need help with my cat

Hello my name is Alexander, i am now 17 years old and i have been kinda poor my whole life, unfortunately i cant work yet due to the fact that i have't finished school but every summer i have worked as a car mechanic and now i work as an amateur tattoo artist (i also study graphic arts at a technical school)so i could get by and buy me some of the stuff i always wanted, unfortunately this is not the case here,my parents cant manage their money right and me and my brother are the ones who pay for their bad money management .Luckily i dont live with my parents anymore but i need some money to spay my cat i also need to vaccinate her and i need to get her to the doctor because i need to know why she cant stop screaming and moewing in pain but i lack the money to do it.

For everyone wondering i rescued my cat this summer, i found her at Mandra, an industrialised area which is like a desert there is no food there,no water,its full of trucks and roads and she was found inside the car industry i was working, i was bringing her water and food everyday, going out of my budget everyday to feed her and take care of her, she was so dirty and skinny when i found her, and when my summer job was finished i couldn't let her there until the shop reopened , she would have died of starvation, dehydration or even a car could have killed her, which i couldn't risk, so i took her home with me and took care of her ever since (Her name is Nita by the way and 3 of the images shown are from the day i took her home and the other one is current)
