Help me Hire a Kitchen

My name is Zalina and have been struggling to find a job that would give me security in my future life despite the educational background that I have. I am currently working on a project called Mirror Glaze Cakes UK where everyone could create their own personalised flavour mousse cake. These cakes don't just look good but they are made with quality ingredients, real fruits, real chocolate and high quality cream. Many cakes are available for vegans, vegetarians and Halal. I have already developed a website http://www.mirrorglazecakesuk.com/ but I am struggling to take this project further because I need to hire a professional kitchen and purchase kitchen appliances, hire chefs and delivery men. Without the professionally equipped kitchen I cannot start producing these cakes and delivering it to clients' home addresses. This project would create jobs for the unemployed, bring Londoners new tasty cakes and allow everyone enjoy cakes delivery within two days! I have enclosed an image of a cake so you know that these cakes are exceptionally beautiful and simply different!
