Hi there! Thank you for stopping by. Since last year, I have made it a point to do one community project each year. Last year, I started a project in my university with the National Cancer Society of Malaysia with the aim of spreading the joys of having fun and being a kid to children diagnosed with cancer. On the side, I baked and sold boxes of brownies to raise funds for the home and made a total of RM500 over a semester break. As my time in uni comes to an end this October, and I pass on this project to a new team, I am ever so ready to embark on a new journey.

Having thought long and hard about the first thing I wanted to pursue after graduation, I settled on the idea of volunteering abroad. I will be volunteering with AISEC in Taiwan from mid Nov to Dec, teaching English to elementary school children.

I chose this project in particular as working with children is something I hold a genuine passion towards, and being given the opportunity to share with them a language that I was raised with since birth would be an absolute privilege. I've also chosen this project as several things were already covered, like one meal a day and accommodation.

Unfortunately, the total cost of the project is still a sum load and my fate in pursuing this project is uncertain as I do not have sufficient funds at the moment. I can't wait to impart on these children a universal language that will grow their opportunities in the future, and your help will get them there.

Your kind generosity is highly appreciated.

Thank you for helping them, and thank you for helping me, help them.
