Help Me Help Others

Hey hello guys, I started this campaign in hopes of getting some assistance with advancing my education in counselling.

I graduated with BA with Honours in Counselling last year. Despite that I am still having a very difficult time getting a job in any social services sector. All of the job ads are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the field, or you have to obtained a Masters degree.

I believe that by expanding my knowledge and obtaining Masters in this field would increase my chance of employment. Since i took my BA last year, I am still paying off my student loans. Hence, I am not able to take another loan. I am also working part time to save up for the course. I am about a quarter away from $24,000 (tuition fee). I hope you guys can at least help me with half of it.

A little cliche about how helping others is rewarding, IT IS extremely rewarding. I have a done a few volunteering work and I feel it makes me a better person and life perspectives improve. Also, I think if I have the proper skills and techniques, I can help and do better in helping others. Not only helping in creating a positive change in other people's lives, but also my life. I would like to make a difference, no matter how small it is.
