Help me, help my Nikki

Hi everyone, this is about my 16 year old daughter, this started 16 years ago when she was born on 28 weeks, she was in ICU for a month, when she was only 3 days old the doctors discovered that she had a problem her anal was closed, she had to go in for a emergency operation at 3 days old, she had a colostomy bag for 6 months, at 6 months the doctors did a reversal of the colostomy and reconnected her colon to her rectal. That is not all, she has a deformed thumb, which doctors still need to do on going surgery to correct it as she is growing.

Her legs have a 45 degree rotation inwards and a 15 degree rotation outwards, a normal persons is the opposite, she still needs to go for surgery on her legs to correct this as she grows.

in December 2015 she had to undergo major surgery, the doctors had to do a vaginal pull through as well as repair her colon that had a 10cm tear in it, she was in ICU for 2 days and in the hospital for a week. We had also learnt and discovered that she was born without a uterus, gallbladder, she only has one kidney and one ovary.

When she was born doctors told us that her life expectancy will only be until 5 years of age, well she is 16, and she is a beautiful young lady with problems. About 5 years ago my husband lost his business due to partners who ran the company into liquidation, and they left about over 7 mil rand debt, we managed to clear the debt, but the stress was too much for my husband too handle and he got very ill.

He could not find work because he was ill, and all his policies lapsed, and I had to fend for us, and look after my family, my son was also diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 9 he is now 12, nearly 2 years ago my husband passed away, due to his illness, and we were left behind.

Today I am living with my two children in a 1 bedroom cottage, I don't earn a lot, and I need to help my daughter, she needs to undergo future surgeries, which I don't have the money for, my daughter has a passion, to one day become a engineer, and I am a struggling widow who is desperately looking for funding of any kind, to help my daughter, go for her much needed surgeries, as she is struggling to walk at times, due to her legs paining, and her left thumb that is severely deformed from birth, she struggles with simple tasks due to her thumb.

Please I am asking can you find it in your heart to help me, I don't have much family and the family I do have is just my dad who is now 73, and he is blind and he cant walk, so I am left to fend for my family.

Your donations will help my daughter tremendously, she will be able to go for her surgeries that is long overdue, and live that normal life any young lady dreams of.
