Help me help my mum

My name is Sarah, I’m the daughter of an amazing woman named Angelica. she had me when she was 17, I’m now 31 years old.

My mum has been working as a caregiver and a social worker looking after children in need for many years. Last year my mum went in to hospital, couldn’t walk, kept fainting and falling apart. After many tests in the hospital she was left in the corridor as all life threatening symptoms had been disproved and so they had no idea what was wrong with her. It was a truly scary time. With no results from the doctors, we decided to take her home and we got her a walker to help her learn how to walk again and kept taking her to the doctor not knowing what was wrong. This all happened a day after her appointment with a chiropractor.

A year later they found damages on her neck and she’s now in physical therapy and can still not work. I want to raise money for a workout trip. They have specialised trips where you can go exercise daily with PTs and this helps her but costs a lot of money. I have never tried fundraising before but I just don’t have any other way to help my mum and thought I’d ask for the kindness of strangers.
