Help me, help my hammy!

The year 2021 should have been great, right? We should have been getting our freedom back and the pandemic should be moving further from our every day thoughts, but then the unexpected struck - me and my immediate family have been impacted by Covid-19 in a very hard way and very close to heart. I am now ill myself and stuck at home, and my partner can't work or go on interviews finding work, because he' s been quarantined with me. He will be quarantined even for 2 weeks longer than I am (according to local laws).

Covid-19 struck us in a very unstable financial time, during which we have noticed that our beloved pet hamster Pika-chew is needing some medical attention - she has a lump on her side between her front and back leg. As I've watched some older photos and videos, I have noticed that the formation has been there for some months now, but because Pika is not easily handleable, we didn't notice it quite as fast as we should have. Although the side never felt so hardened as it is feeling now, because she is pettable, when she is eating or busy doing something else.

As these next few months will be rather hard for us, getting back up on our feet with all our rent and utility payments, finding work and getting on a good, regular salary for my partner, who I split my bills with, I am humbly asking You to help me get our pet hamsters health back at ease. The exotic vet fees would extend our budget for now and I'd rather have the vet check her properly and make all the needed manipulations to make her feeling well.
