Help me help my father

Hi, my name is John Brown. I am 18 years old. Growing up my father always worked on cars. Me and him rebuilt my first car (a Honda Civic) from scratch, my sisters first car, and my dads current car (a Ford Edge). He has always wanted to buy a Porche but has never had the means or money to do so. I would love to be able to help him out, and it would mean a lot if some kind souls could help me do this.
