Help me Help my Dad’s Kidney Transplant

My Father has been diagnosed with Kidney problems. We have been waiting for a match for his Kidney transplant for over a year now. Unfortunately, with all the expense of his dialysis and expensive medications, we are short on funds to afford his transplant.
