Help me heal my father

I am Nika, 17 years old. I would like to ask for your help.

I would like to ask for medical assistance for my father. My father has undergone craniectomy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decompressive_cranie...) due to major stroke last February 28, 2018. He stayed 23 days in the hospital, 14 days in the ICU and 9 days in regular room. He was discharged last March 23, 2018. In connection with this, he needs medical assistance for medicines and therapy.

My father's hospital bill was almost 1.2 million PHP (23,114.71 USD) before he was discharged from the hospital last March 23, 2018 excluding other things needed bought outside the hospital. And also, almost 700,000 PHP (13,483.58 USD) was not yet paid, my father has been discharge only due to promisory note to be paid within three months.

As of now, the cost of his medicines for 1 month is from 15,000 PHP - 20,000 PHP (288.93 USD - 385.25 USD) including insulin and 8 different kinds of medicines and the cost of his therapy is 12, 000 PHP (231.15 USD) per month wherein it would last for 6 months.
