Help me heal

Hello visitors, my name is Dina. I'm from Japan,Tokyo but currently stays in Indonesia. I don't know where to start but i feel like i need to explained what happened to me, i had an accident almost a month ago that caused me multiple wounds,internal bleeding and a few of my bones broken. I came from a poor family and at the moment of the accident my mom had just passed away so i'm alone except for my boyfriend who keeps supporting me in any way but i feel like i've been a burden to him, i really need some treatment to recover and medicines so i can be healthier,i had to fix the stiches on my body on my own and i feel everything because i have no money for painkillers, i tried to look for a job but i couldn't because i need my school records and it was missing in Japan, it'd mean the world to me if you can just spare as even as a dollar so i can recover or if you can't you can just share this around your friends, I'll be very grateful either way.
