"Help me grow - Our school is too small" is a project to help buildung new school rooms for the Bright English Medium School in Sakala Village Loliondo in Tanzania.
There are 300 kids at the Bright English Medium School, from pre primary school to class seven. Most of them are Maasai. Especially for our smaller ones the class room situation is bad. Could you imagine spending six days a week learning in the same room you're sleeping. But it's not just the boarding children learning inside these classrooms. It's also dayscholars. How can these kids grow and learn under these cisumstances?
By building new classrooms we want to give our students more privacy and also a place they can strictly call a classroom and the other, home. As you can see in the pictures, the building is already in progress but we still need your help to finish the classrooms.
It will be 3 new classrooms in total, so that our students from pre primary class, first and second class get their own classrooms. This will change the daily live of around 100 students and 30 boarding kids that wont have to provide their beedrooms as classrooms anymore.
It's "only" $5.000, together we can do it! :)
