Help me graduate medical school

Hello good people! My name is Justus Muriuki a 24 year old 5th year medical student at the university of Nairobi. Am here asking for your help because right now am at the lowest point of my life and I honestly have nowhere else to turn to. I had to drop out of medical school a few months ago after my mom was diagnosed with cervical cancer (I have a younger brother and mom has been a single parent ever since I was 10) . I took my student's loan which I was to pay for my fifth year of school and instead used it to pay for my mom's treatment and it still wasn't enough. I've had to work odd jobs just to support my family and myself. Mom battled the cancer for months and I didn't care what I had to do as long as she got better and that left me in a lot of debt such that my friends and family are all tired of my constant begging. But the worst blow came on November 23rd when my mom passed away. All my life I've always wanted to be a surgeon and I feel like my dreams are fading away because I can't afford to pay for my fees and I've exhausted my students loan limit. Life has always been hard and unfair for me but I've always been tough and whenever it gives me lemons I always try and make lemonade, Its not easy asking for help from total strangers but am humbly asking for your help to help me pay for my tuition fees so that I can graduate next year. Anyone who has gone through medical school can tell you its not easy and it would really be painful if I had to drop out after five years of hardwork.
