Hello everyone,

My name is Omar El Natour, I am Palestinian, I graduated from Eastern Mediterranean university in Northern Cyprus (Business Administration department) with a GPA of 3.91

Due to COVID-19 pandemic I could not pay my last paymemt to the university (1000$) which is all I need to get my certificate.
