Help me graduate!

Good day! I am a graduating student from Mindanao State University in the Philippines. I used to be a scholar but after taking multiple jobs just to pay for house bills and tuition, I lost my scholarship. I pleaded with my school administration and they allowed to me enroll for two semesters but conditionally. I have a debt with the school that I need to settle before I graduate, or else, I would not be able to attend my own graduation nor will I be given my diploma. My debt with them is 80,000 PHP or 1500+ USD. I cannot pay for it all at once because I have bills to pay and my highschool sister’s bills to pay too. I feel ashamed to have resorted to begging people for money but I am very desperate. My part time job only pays me 8000 PHP or 150+ USD a month, I cannot afford to fund my education anymore. Please help me. My degree is the only thing that can ensure me and my sister’s future.
