Help me go to University!

I'm 18.My father passed away 4 years ago after taking care of my aplastic anemia sick sister,who also passed. My mom is not able to support me and my sibilings and my only wish is to go to Univeristy in the US and follow my dreams just like my father told me.   My chances of getting scholarships are very low since I will be international student.

I have been dreaming about it since I was 13 and now is my chance !!!!

I've been saving money and all I could come up is less then 10.000 $ with help from my mom!

Please I have been wanting  that dream forever! please help !!!
