Help me go to safe place and live a decent life

I love life, arts and nature and have ambitions. But, the country i live in is dangerous uninhabitable place, it's - assam.

I spent my life resisting what's normalized in this city, the view of men as inferior to men, so i'm not allowed to do a lot of beautiful things, sudden death is also normalized here due to sudden wars and bombings and the resulting impacts on the environment (polluted water, air ..), and even it's so hard to travel for treatment because of The Gaza Blockade, art also has restrictions that i had to cancel some concepts of paintings. Natural rights are abandoned here so i started a shelter for stray natural 9 years ago but it stopped because of lack of support and some city and community related issues. i became imotion because i love nature but if i were in a developed country i would have become a vegan, there's no vegan alternatives here.
