Help me go to my best friend’s wedding!

Hello everyone,

my name is Jamie and my best friend's name is Deniz. We've known each other since first grade and I love her like a sister. Now, at age 27 she's decided to emigrate to Turkey to marry the love of her life. She's always been one of precaution and fear and so I'm very proud of her deciding to take this courageous step. Naturally, I wanted to accompany her, help her get settled, to start her new life... but I can't afford the flight. I'm still a student, all providing for my own and living on a tight budget. Last week I brought her to the airport and watched her leave, knowing that I wouldn't see her exchanging vows. I was devastated, still am. It would make me the happiest person alive to be able to surprise her at her wedding day and just appear at her reception... reading my text I don't feel that I can really express what's going on inside of me and what this girl means to me.
