help me go to college!

I would like to raise money to go to college. The only thing that is stopping me is paying on loans. I started college back when I was 18, but just couldn't afford it then by myself so I stopped going, and they Yes, I understand I can pay for school with loans, but I already have a loan out. They will not let me return to school without paying them.., I had a bad car wreck and am still making payments on $ 10,000 worth of medical bills.
