As a foreigner, and father of 3 beautiful children, living in a country with a non existing opportunity finding a job by speaking only English and Greek, had to learn some Latvian. Not an easy thing to do, it took me some years and now that I'm finally there, they are demanding Russian language, too. :) Frustrating...
So, I'm trying to make something on my own, like:
A Food truck with Greek Souvlaki and Greek Salad, fries, drinks and home made Greek sweets. I have experience in all of this and did it very successfully but I don't have the capital to buy and prepare the food truck I need. Baltic States are small countries and that's why you need to be mobile in order to have the chance to succeed. I know costs, cooking, management, baking, selling, everything.
I'm also open in discussing with investors because I have a good name here in Riga, LV in food business and under certain circumstances I could brand some of my food products.
