Help me get wed

hi im looking to get married  in July Reson for this Is Im 30 and Was really ill last year l had Cancer twice and faced losing my family and had to Come out of work which has hit me financially the reson I want to get married is for my 3 children 1 Just fear that this my Chance to do this this would make a dream Come true Thanks So much for all your help
