Help me get treatment after being raped.

My name is Caleb Brown, I am a 17year old boy from South Africa

I feel embarrassed having to do this, but, on the evening on Monday the 12th of January, I was raped. I was on a type of ARV that didn't react well with my body. I need to be moved onto something else, which will not be provided free of charge, and is much more expensive. I have tried all my other options, but I need counselling aswell as the Anti-retrovirals, which are very expensive.

I have so many plans for my future and I don't want to let this keep me down.
