Help me get top surgery

For the last 10 years, I have wanted to get a mastectomy, also known as top surgery. I cannot remember the last summer that I was able to walk outside without what many of us lovingly call the dysphoria hoodie - living in a semi-desertic climate makes this experience difficult, to say the least. I cannot remember the last time I was able to enjoy myself at the beach or at a pool party out of the sheer discomfort of looking at my chest. It is my deepest wish to be able to experience summer 2022 free from my well-loved black hoodie, to enjoy the ocean with my loved ones instead of hiding in the shade - with your help, I can be one step closer to this dream. This surgery very much represents freedom for me, freedom to be myself, to be seen as the person I am, to be recognized, and frankly, to feel safe and comfortable in my own body. It would mean the world to me to accomplish this after waiting for so long.
