Last month I was approached to be a speaker by the Ohio Arts Council, at the 2018 Arts Impact Conference. This is a two day event, the first two day conference in 18 years, and represents an incredible opportunity, not only in terms of being a featured speaker, but also because of the learning opportunity and networking opportunities afforded through two solid days of workshops and presentations with professionals from across the state, plus one on one sessions with Ohio Arts Council staff.
Last week, my car died - suddenly, unexpectedly, inconveniently, in a big way - and I need some help to make this happen.
It's been a really big year. If you've enjoyed programming that has taken place at The SOAP Gallery, Coy Cornelius Studios, DNA Studios and Gallery, programming presented by NEXT Best Art, or The HELMS Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, let's work together to make all of these things bigger and better next year.
Any amount of help, even a buck, is appreciated. This is to help offset transportation, lodging, and other expenses.
In return for your support -
I have a solo show coming up in March at the SOAP Gallery, where I'll be showing a variety of new work.
Donations under $20 will receive tickets for auction items, at $1 per ticket - there will be some surprising items available.
