Help me Get Therapy

I need help, and I want to get help. I'm having a really hard time, and it's been years. I don't know how else to get money for therapy. I live month to month. There is no way I can afford to see a therapist on a regular basis, but it is the only way I can move forward in life. How are we supposed to heal from past traumas (emotional, sexual abuse..etc) if we can't pay? This is the 3rd site I'm trying to register on. Why? Because most only accept US/UK/AUS or other Western countries.

Is it a privilege to ask for help? Both mental, or financial?...or any?

I am already ashamed to even try. I'm not even telling my family or close friends about this. It may affect my chances. But I just can't as I don't want to explain to anyone what I've been through. I need professional help.
