HELP ME GET THE SURGERY I NEED TO BE ME

I am an FTM and am currently pre op everything. I am hoping to get chest surgery to get rid of my female chest to create a male chest that i should of been born with.  Ive been trapped in the wrong body for 22 years and i have no way of paying for this operation other than creating this site, the current waiting list on the nhs is too long, years and as each day goes by i get more and more depressed, to top it off ive no real family to help me out and as much as i work very hard every day i can just about have enough money for food and bills. This would change my life, make me feel happy for once in my life and enable me to pursue dreams in my life and stop holding back and be the person i really am instead of walking with my head down and getting abuse nearly every day.   Please help me out. I will be forever grateful.   thankyou
