Help me get the medications I need

Hello,

As you might read in the story above, I am pregnant (big chance it's going to be multiple pregnancy) and I need Fragmin 5000 injections that prevent blood clots during pregnancy. I also need daily pills called " Duphaston 10mg), 4 pills a day plus vitamins. It would be great if you can help get that.

Note: I couldn't find " Palestine" on the country list so I chose " Egypt"
