Help me get the dress of my dreams

May 23, 2015 I will be marrying my soul mate.  I never thought I would be blessed with someone who loves me unconditionally and wants to spend the rest of his life wih me. I have that with Michael and I am looking forward to becoming his wife.  But I need your help! In 2002 I was diagnosed with a life changing disease; Multiple Sclerosis!.  It is a neurological disease. It is not fatal but there is no cure and it has affected me to the degree that I am now completely disabled.  I found a dress that I feel was made just for me!  I have been paying on it monthly but I now only have 12 days before I will lose the money I have paid into it.  Unfortunately, David's Bridal only gives you 60 days to pay off special orders before they order them.  My time is close and I still need $400.00. I need your help please! Please consider helping make my dream come true! Thank you,
