Help me get Sparky well again

I have come to conclusion to do something that I have never done before which is asking people for help. I have absolutely reached my financial limits to treat my boy Sparky who is a Welsh Cob Pony and who is the most important thing to me in the world. Which is why I decided that my pride is not as important than helping him getting treated.

Due to very unfortunate circumstances, the insurance now doesn't want to pay. This leaves me with high vet bills, that I have tried to pay myself in addition to other ongoing costs. I really thought I have done everything right but I relied on other people and I got disappointed.

This horse means the world to me and I know he is very happy with me but I am really struggling to continue to pay without the insurance support. I know it doesn't sound like a lot of money but for me its a big deal, so as hard as it is to ask for help, right now I don't see any other option. So any support from you would mean the world to me and Sparky and I hope this way I can ensure he gets the necessary treatment to continue his recovery.
