help me get quality prosthetic leg

hi,my name is Kgomotso from South Africa 26years old lady living with a rare condition (proximal femoral focal deficiency) not amputated or gone under surgery. I use a special made prosthetic leg but it was done in an unsatisfied way that I can't even walk on my own,when ever I try walking the leg hurt me there are no sponges in the leg its only plastic ,the leg itself is in bad condition,I have been in and out of public hospitals but I'm never getting proper help,its so stressing me to be at 26 still having the short leg I wish my parents knew better and made a decision that would benefit me in future.I'm unemployed living on disability grant but studying with the help of Government financial aid,so I'm pleading with anyone who can help me to do so I will bebe very gratefulgrateful.thanks
