Hi, my name is Tammy. I currently reside in the east of Johannesburg in Edenvale.

Please help me see a chiro and / or a specialist. I have had severe pain in my right should for 1 month and 6 days now. The pain started as a stiff neck on 6 December 2020 and since has progressively gotten worse.

The pain is so severe with constant spasming, it hurts to walk, I cannot sleep as no matter whether I lay on my back, stomach or sides it triggers severe spasms to the point where my eyes clench closed.

I do not have medical aid and have been to a government hospital. X-rays were taken and a sonar was performed, both showed no abnormalities.

I was given medication and sent away. The medication had no effect on the pain and it is now 2 weeks later and the pain is still very severe. I am mentally and physically exhausted from the pain.

The pain I am experiencing may be due to a pinched nerve in my neck, I however have done all the home remedies I could google and none have eased the pain in the slightest. In order to see if it is in fact I would require an MRI which costs between R12 000 - R20 000. A chiropractor or physio may be able to assist me if it is a pinched nerve.

I am also worried that the pain may be the onset of a heart attack. My chest is tightening with every passing day and women experience pain in their shoulders with the onset of a heart attack or heart disease from what I have read.

Any funding will be greatly appreciated.

Thanking you in advance for your giving heart
