Help me get out of debt

I am seriously in debt. I am currently in about £8,000 of debt. This is debt I have had since university and I have not been able to clear it. I have been paying as much as I can each month and it’s now got to the point that I have £40 per week for food and transport to work after I have paid rent and my debt. I wish I could time travel back and tell myself what this would end up being like. I have done various things to pay this off including medical research, additional jobs (currently work full time and part time), and cutting back on everything I can possibly reduce. I just would love to get this cleared and not have the constant pressure and weight I am feeling on my shoulders. I want to have a normal life and do normal things that people take for granted like to the cinema or a concert once in a while. I just thought I would give this a go I hope someone would know how I feel and maybe be in a position to help. I know a lot of people are in the same boat and in worse situations but I thought this was worth a shot. Nothing ventured nothing gained.   Anyways thanks for taking the time to read this.
