Help me get on my feet again

I was trying to buy my apartment that i had lived in for 16 years on land contract. The landlord passed away and his son took over the property. As it turned out they had a will where none of his children could be paid anything until the property was fully settled. I couldn't pay that in one sum! So now I have had to move... I have an entirely better place. But it has all electric heat. My last two bills were $376 and then $402.

I bartend at two jobs and work a season greenhouse job. But I'm beyond not able to pay that and have a cent to live.

So borrowing from every friend I have had put a huge strain on my family and all my friends. I don't think I will ever get out of this rut without some help getting caught up.

I've tried getting consolidation loans but with student loans ..taking my tax return and everything else I'm in one huge mess!

Hoping and praying I can get enough to pay.back everyone who has helped me and dig my way back up!
